Titagarh is a Central Quality Assurance Establishment (CQAE), a manufacturer of Bailey-type portable modular bridges for the Ministry of Defence. The maximum span of the bridge Titagarh manufactures is 200 feet (60.6 metre), in either the standard 10 feet and 9 inches (3.277 metre) width or the extra 13 feet and 11 inches (4.250 metre) width. Titagarh can manufacture up to 70 R-IRC load class. Titagarh is now a licensed partner of Matiere France, the European modular bridge specialist that has built over 1,000 bridges in 30 countries, allowing to offer steel modular bridges, panel bridges and unibridges. Matiere Titagarh is the largest manufacturer of Bailey bridges in India.
